Let me introduce myself.

I’m Carrie Perry, and yes, I can help you. For more than twenty years, I’ve worked in some capacity as a development professional, executive coach, organizational consultant, and corporate trainer and facilitator. Prior to starting my own coaching and consulting firm, I served as Director of Global Leadership Development for a leading medical device company and as Director of Human Resources for the U.S. at FedEx Trade Networks. There, my responsibilities included oversight of global leadership development and sales education.

As a coach and business consultant, I challenge and encourage clients to effectively manage transitions and build viable, healthy organizations. As a facilitator, I develop and deliver customized programs that enhance communication skills, strengthen teams, enable sales, and drive execution. I work extensively with executives to proactively eradicate risks and champion company values. In short, my goal is to maximize the potential of others by helping individuals and organizations balance their concerns for people and tasks.

I have a bachelor’s degree in organizational management and completed post-grad studies in executive leadership through the Ken Blanchard Executive Leadership MBA program at Grand Canyon University.

On a personal note, I’ve been described as energetic, passionate, visionary, and strategic. I embrace those qualities wholeheartedly and approach my work with a philosophy of servant leadership. I truly do find joy in helping others positively shape business cultures, strengthen leader networks, and lead strategic change initiatives.
